Choose the Country Specific Upgrade Toolkit as per your upgrade Requirement.
In order to use the upgrade toolkit, you will require developer environment of NAV 2013 and NAV 2013 R2.
You must download the latest Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform hotfixes before you start using the upgrade toolkit.
