Dynamics 365 is the latest release by Microsoft of its flagship ERP cum CRM software solution. It has its architecture on cloud and it offers a paradigm shift to Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM users.
The upgrade would benefit the users in a lot of ways:
It would provide a single platform for the CRM and ERP, integrating both of them in a single software solution.
The custom feature which needed to be installed separately in earlier versions now would be available in the standard product code base in Dynamics 365
Moving to cloud would offer several significant opportunities in application and infrastructure consolidation.
Microsoft has several programs in place for customers willing to upgrade to Dynamics 365
