    Hello Deepak,

The Microsoft Cloud provides security monitoring and risk management from Microsoft – departing your IT group available to undertake additional jobs. Moreover, the cloud is a scalable alternative, so regardless of where your organization is moving in the long run, you are always going to have an option that satisfies your requirements and size.

A cloud version provides more visibility to the tough costs or operating expenses of your answer and also a more predictable price with time.

The service lifecycle for Dynamics 365 is continuing, with constant updates and upgrades that no more need substantial time and monetary investments. AX 2012 R3 customers continue to be on mainstream aid but will entered prolonged aid in 2021 and will eliminate aid in 2023. The other variations of AX are no more supported from the Microsoft support staff.

The contemporary consumer experience and platform provides an intuitive look and feel that’s very similar to other Microsoft products. This reduces training time and makes users up and running faster than ever.

Functionality and features have been added always, with added programs available to satisfy certain requirements.

A full suite of integrated business operations ensures every division has access to data they want without direct re-entry or exporting and importing data between programs. Integration is built for:

    · professional Support
    · customer support
    · field Support
    · sales
    · Advertising
    · fund
    · surgeries
    · gift
    · retail

    Hello Deepak,

Dynamics 365 is the latest release by Microsoft of its flagship ERP cum CRM software solution. It has its architecture on cloud and it offers a paradigm shift to Dynamics AX and Dynamics CRM users.

The upgrade would benefit the users in a lot of ways:

It would provide a single platform for the CRM and ERP, integrating both of them in a single software solution.
The custom feature which needed to be installed separately in earlier versions now would be available in the standard product code base in Dynamics 365
Moving to cloud would offer several significant opportunities in application and infrastructure consolidation.
Microsoft has several programs in place for customers willing to upgrade to Dynamics 365
